Launch the downloaded programIt will be in your browser's download list, or located in your "Downloads" folder, and may ask for you to accept a warning before running as it will need permission to access your computer

Give the 9-digit number to your IT admin.
When you no longer need support, be sure to quit the program.
This ensures your computer cannot be remotely accessed any more until you run the program and explicitly grant permission again.
